We’re proud to share that Cayman Construction LLC has officially renewed its Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) and Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) certifications, both now active through 2028. For a company built and led by women in an industry where that’s still rare, this renewal is more than paperwork it’s a continued commitment to the standard we hold ourselves to.
What WOSB and EDWOSB certification means
These are federal designations administered under the Small Business Administration’s Women-Owned Small Business Federal Contracting Program. They confirm that Cayman Construction is at least 51% owned and controlled by women, and in the case of EDWOSB, that ownership also meets specific economic disadvantage thresholds.
Field note — Certain federal contracts are set aside specifically for WOSB and EDWOSB-certified firms. Renewing on time keeps Cayman eligible to compete for that work without interruption.
